Tone

This is a lighthearted game with seemingly high stakes created by over the top villains who have some weird plan to take over the world, turn everything into an amusement park, destroy all the popcorn forever, create cute monsters, or do something equally silly.

This is meant to be

A game which allows you to play the whimsical pulpy, animated adventures about teenagers or critters who fought over the top and ridiculous villains during the late 80s through the early 00s.

 You

You are an animal such as a squirrel, mouse, etc. who is thwarting criminals for the often incompetent humans that are unaware of your actions.

You might also be an anthropomorphic animal who lives in a world of such animals, seeking adventure.

Or a teen who is trying to navigate having a social life while defeating evil villains and dangerous monsters with your near superhero levels of agility and often crazy gadgets.

 Regardless, you are a Plucky Hero with personality. A quirky, likely somewhat silly character filled with catchphrases and flaws.

 High-Flying Action and Adventure

Events should happen quick and often be a bit silly. You can cut actions if the story begins to drag to move on to the next scene.

You might be given information about your next task by a genius which calls you with information. An obvious clue dropped by a villain, by heisting it from incompetent spies and officers, or some other means. Pieces together the clues isn’t really a part of this game. Rather you are moving from action sequence to action sequence, with breaks for interpersonal relationships as desired.
